感言:

啊,第五天。I’m still OK.

就像你离开故土太久,家乡的记忆会变得模糊。五天下来,经过对日常餐食有意识的隔离,身体仿佛渐渐恢复了某种与生俱来的智能,不再那么渴望刺激味蕾的饮料和食物,而是更倾向于水和新鲜的蔬果。对肉香依然有反射式的冲动和想象,但也止步于此,知道它是美味的,只是唇齿和肚腹不再渴望。最后一天,似乎该来点总结性发言。想起一首英文小诗里的几段文字,作为结束语,倒是非常贴切 ——

No one was around when it happened.
There was no applause or congratulations.
No one thanked her or praised her.
No one noticed a thing.
Like a leaf falling from a tree, The 5th day has gone.

There was no effort. There was no struggle.
It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad.
It was what it was, and it is just that.

改进:

当身体放下它的渴望时,身体不再是灵魂获得某种超越的绊脚石,而成为垫脚石。这次清体,五天的时间大部分在忙碌着,没能真正安静下来,好好修修心。下一次5日清体,我希望,寻一方幽静之所,最好山清水秀,风景如画之地,抛开凡尘琐事,来一次彻底的身心修行,内外更新。
